This fabulous large 18ct yellow gold on Sterling Silver Locket and collar

is steeped in English History.

The locket and collar is sterling silver gilded in 18ct yellow gold.

It is absolutely beautiful.

This is not hallmarked but does test sterling silver.

Many times Victorian items of jewellery are not hallmarked.

Excellent condition.

The locket is beautifully detailed with a lovely engraving of foliate motifs.

The reverse is initialled, what a beautiful locket and collar this is,

steeped in history and sentiment.

Very clean inside, with windows and original gold rims.

The collar is engraved on each section leading to a lovely

detailed large bolt ring and dropper

The locket measures over 2 3/4 inches down this includes the bale and loops.

2 1/4 inches across without the bale the locket measures

2 1/4 inches down and just less than 1.5 inches across

with a depth of 10mm

The collar is 16 inches around the neck.

The engraved links are 13mm down and 11mm across.

The locket and chain weighs 80.2 grams

A lovely original locket and collar.
